This was a special one for our family because we were traveling from the US for our maiden trip to Northeast India, and Shillong, Meghalaya was the pit stop that we chose for 10 days. It had to be comfortable for my mother (who is 60-plus), my sister, my 3-year-old baby, my wife, and myself. So we wanted plenty of room and privacy while being in the middle of town and having great views. Let me tell you, Gurmeet's place does not disappoint; it checks all boxes. He was very clear with instructions, and the photos are exactly how the place actually looks. It is right in the middle of town, very walkable, and grocery store is just a stone's throw away, which is very convenient, I must say. Let me end by saying that on the day of the return journey, none of us wanted to go back home. We definitely plan to get back here again when we can. It was one of the best, if not the best, locations while staying in the city. Highly recommended, and most of all, my 3-yr old had a blast.
